This month marks 30 years of owning my real estate company. But honestly… It doesn’t feel like 30 years.

Maybe that’s because in those three decades, I’ve pivoted, rebranded, refreshed, reimagined, innovated, redefined, restructured, partnered up, bought out, merged, and continuously reinvented what it means to do business, but more importantly to live in alignment… with God & with my own North Star.

So no, it doesn’t feel like 30 years… but there are times when I feel the depth of the journey. When experience, wisdom, and heart rise to meet the moment. That’s when the 30 years show up and shine through.

One of my favorite quotes is from Dolly Parton who says “Find out who you are and do it on purpose.”

Every time I’ve uncovered a truer version of myself, or a better way to serve. I find a way to do it more deliberately, more authentically, and more boldly… and yes, on purpose.

And more recently, launching Unique Perspectives — where I share my perspective on life.

As I step into year 30, I feel as energized and inspired as I did back in 1995 — in fact, even more so.

My father said before he passed that I Refreshed, Uplifted and Empowered his Spirit. Those worlds mean everything to me. I hope I am honoring him as I embark on a new wave of sharing.
