The realization of my potential is to share my experience with whom ever feels a spark within themselves when they hear it.
I was the former Vice Chair for our local American Red Cross and former two time President of the Pike Wayne Association of REALTORS®. I am a two-time REALTOR® of the Year Award recipient and top-honoree of the Lighthouse at Teacher Master Champion Personal Growth and Life Coaching Academy. One of the things I am most proud of is the creation of an unprecedented community give-back program within our brokerage called Commissions for a Cause donating 1% of our earned commission to a charity of our clients choosing and in their honor and coordinating a Hero’s Fundraiser event for a local veteran and business leader to honor his legacy in our community. Most recently, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices featured me in their Behind the Brokerage series, and honored me as a featured University Speaker at the 2022 & 2023 Global Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Sales Conventions.

James Herron, my maternal grandfather, was a brilliant business mastermind I am so blessed to have learned from. He retired from an incredible career as the senior vice president and corporate secretary of New York City’s Dun & Bradstreet, leaving a hole so big it couldn’t be filled by just one person! He preached the importance of ethics, doing the right thing and taking care of your people above all else. Joseph Gravina, my paternal grandfather, showed me how to appreciate the magic in life. He was an artist, musician, sculptor and visionary. We spent a lot of time together at the piano, laughing through life and loving other people.
I’ve curated this leadership philosophy through a lifetime of learning. My mom was in the mortgage business and my dad sold new construction homes, so naturally, I followed them into the industry opening this business with my mom in 1995. Our family of offices spanning the entire Poconos market from waterfront to mountaintop is home to the top real estate professionals in the region - including my son who continued the legacy and joined our family business! But before we built this company, from the time I was a little girl, my grandfathers instilled in me the Structure and Magic that have evolved into my personal leadership style.
My roots go deep into the Wallenpaupack area. My maternal grandmother, Olivia Peal Birdsong, told us tales of camping in the valley before the lake was even made! Generations later, vacationing at the lake created some of my fondest memories. I remember returning from beach bonfires and sleeping on the porch of my family’s Gumble Cottage in Lyndale near the cliffs, the thought always putting a sweet smile on my face. I can still feel the crisp air of our childhood nature walks and the adrenaline of finally getting up on my water skis.
Now, I am honored to lead an incredible team of real estate professionals as the Broker & Chief Visionary at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Pocono Real Estate in Hawley, Pennsylvania.
With over 27 years of real estate experience, I fell in love with leadership and found my passion in creating an Unrivaled Culture for Remarkable Professionals to thrive. My business mindset and leadership philosophy is what I like to call, “Structure with a healthy dose of Magic!” I am a certified life coach and advanced yoga instructor, helping me look at life, leadership and real estate with a Unique Perspective.
